Meet Jillian

Hi, I'm Jillian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work with honors from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and I've spent much of my career providing mental health care in medical settings, including primary care clinics and hospice. That background shaped my passion for supporting adults and seniors who are navigating chronic illness and major life transitions—helping you feel understood, grounded, and supported through whatever this chapter brings.
